Rockport Marine, Inc. is proud to offer boats from Yellowfin Yachts. Yellowfin Yachts is based in Sarasota, Florida and was founded by Wylie Nagler. Nagler grew up in Miami on Florida's east coast and many weekends fishing in the Gulf Stream's blue waters, it was only natural that Nagler took an interest in building boats at at an early age. In 1992, he turned his passion into a career with the launch of Back Country Boats. Nagler sold Back Country Boats in 1998. His attaction to the offshore scene would soon return and lead him back to his roots with the creation of Yellowfin Yachts. Recognized today to all tournament and competitive offshore fisherman and an increasing number of bay and flats fisherman, Yellowfin Yachts sets the bar for lightening fast offshore fishing machines. Their curvaceous lines, wicked flare and meticulous attention to detail quickly put Yellowfin on the map. So much so that the original line now has expanded to seven models ranging in size from a 17 ft. technical skiff to their all new 42 ft. flagship.

Yellowfin Yachts is a sem-custom builder which means that the customer has the ability to customize the boat to his or her needs. Because Yellowfin is a sem-custom builder,  Rockport Marine stocks a limited number of boats.
