In 2008,Andros Boatworks expanded to a new state-of-the-art 28,000 sq/ft. facility to bring lamination and custom rigging into a single campus. In mid 2008 Ryan Wood joined Andros Boatworks, Inc. as the fourth and equal partner. Ryan was one of the three founders of Under Armour, one of the nations' most successful new brands.Ryan understands quality and was an Andros (Cuda 23) owner before he became a partner. Ryan is heavily involved in the daily operations of the business, he has helped to implement new business systems, sales/ marketing strategy and provides an additional set of eyes and ears as well as a new prospective on the business.
