I was looking for a boat that would could fish shallow, have a quick hole shot, and built well enough to keep me dry on a trip across the bay to Mud Island or out to Cedar Bayou. Patrick did more than meet my needs. He took a special interest in seeing I understood what I was asking for and then helped fill the need by looking at a number of different boats; finally settling with the Trans Cat 220SVT. It does everything I asked for and more. Josh was in constant communication with me; sending me pics of options for the electronics. He and Patrick helped me understand how to get the maximum performance (not just speed) out of the package. Josh took my son and me out for test drives once the boat was ready, to make sure I felt comfortable and had my questions answered. Teresa helped with my trade in and walked me through what was needed when it appeared my trailer registration on the trade in was missing. They've all been patient, professional, and polite as I've called back a few times. I couldn't have asked for more attentive, caring, and knowledgeable team of experts. There's no question where I'll continue to buy my boats.

I re-powered my G3 1756 With Rockport Marine 2 years ago with an Evinrude eTec 60 and a jack plate. These guys did an awesome job. They transformed my little center console duck boat into a flats fishing machine. The quality of their workmanship was flawless - no problems for 2 years!

FStopped by to look for some parts for my boat. Spke with the General Manager. Found out that Rockport Marine now services Suzuki motors. Stopped in a spoke with Dan and one of his Mechanics at the Service department, Asked Dan a butch of questions that he did answer without making me feel like i"m bugging him. Everyone I have delt with so far have been very nice and helpfull. So I dropped my boat off for service. Should be a good start to a long relationship.

Was going to take my kids tubing in the Ski Basin when my tilt/trim wouldn't lift/lower the engine. Went over to Rockport Marine and one of the mechanics overheard me telling the gentleman at the front desk of my problem. The mechanic walked with me to look at the motor and within 15 minutes had my tilt/trim working properly again. Basically the motor was air locked due to a small leak the unit is having around one of the seals. The mechanic showed me how to use the manual release valve to lower the engine and then filled up the reservoir and had it working in no time. It allowed us to have a great time that day at the ski basin in Rockport. Very professional service and went out of his way to help. Very appreciative. Would highly recommend Rockport Marine.
